Crisis Resources

For when you need to help immediately.

If you are currently experiencing a crisis, please consider:

  • Going to your nearest emergency room or walk-in mental health clinic.

  • Calling 911 and request the “Mobile Crisis Team” (especially if you need urgent medical attention).

  • Calling an emergency contact, like a trusted friend or family member.

  • Connecting with one of the resources listed below.

Note: Trail Ahead Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency services. However, your therapist will be happy to help you and your care team coordinate after a crisis. Please reach out directly to your therapist in order to schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as possible. During this appointment you and your therapist will either create or update a Safety Plan. Please bring any changes to your care plan or medications to your follow-up appointment.
